Non existent customer service after spending thousands on faulty product. Rude assistant in store. Unhelpful except to take your money.

I bought a camera.....and at night they called me back protesting a mistake.....they wanted more money.... A company that respect themself.......would have fix this problem by offring something......but no.... I spoke with many supervisor.....and they didnt want,to fix it.....they never sent the camera.....imdid filled an official complaint against them...... Dont have any problems with them....they will not help you and will be independant......sombe it....i will never deal with them .

This is the best place to buy photographic gear. I have purchased many items and they have to be the least expensive of all stores in Canada. They have a wonderful in store selection and their online store is equally suitable.

Purchased $2200 s...

Purchased $2200 sony camera from this store. I was sold a faulty camera. 1mth with little use, the auto focus doesn't work, and the grip that was purchased from them is incompatible. On the invoice, was sold 1 camera & they returned it & sold me a different serial number camera at the same time of purchase. Leading me to believe that they knew the camera was faulty. My 1st photo job is in 3 wks & I've had to cancel because the Camera Store told me too bad deal with Sony.
