    Super clean and professional. Great selection of high-end jewelry and their house brand is also super good quality. I got 3 piercings in one appointment and they have healed perfectly.

    The initial apt went very well. I got a nose stud and looks good but the inside part is too long and sticks out of my nose. I called and they said they could shorten this with a $20 fee. The nose piercing cost me $160 ($150 plus $10 tip)! I thought the pricing was extremely high but did not want to cheap out on tipping. And now an ADDITIONAL FEE because they did not size it right? And I was just about talk amazing things about this place... what a rip off!

    I got my Septum pierced here a few months ago, and despite me asking about removing my piercing down the road, and being told that I can do it by hand,it actually requires a tool to do so. They can do it for you, but theyll ccharge you another $10. It makes a whole lot of sense why they intentionally failed to mention that part knowing that they charge to do so.
