    I have been to several gyms, but I like Trico the best. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are always so friendly!

    If you love the 1980s, this gym is for you. Be it the equipment, music or hours, its all 80s, all the time - except for the fees - they are up to date. If you are hungry in the gym, you can eat junk food in here - its all good.

    Nice reno's!

    Recently i attended the swimming pool at the trico centre. They have just finished some renos and from what it looked like before it has many changes. they have done an excellent job in creating a new facility, the pool is great and the ice rinks look great. Cant wait to get my swim on again!

    Trico’s aquatics facility features some of the best equipment anywhere, so even the most reluctant swimmer will have a great experience. You can also enroll in swimming lessons, either drop-in or scheduled. The wave pool is always a great time, and the water slides are perfect after a hard workout on the rowing machines in the adjoining fitness centre. A refurbishment plan in 2016 will bring further upgrades, though operating schedules may be affected.

    The sloped beach entry into the pool at this rec centre does double duty, allowing easy access for people of limited abilities while transporting you to a tropical paradise. The warm 30 degrees Celsius waters also help. The third Friday of every month is tween night, on which kids can live it up with soaker guns and music and fun themes like Hawaiian night. Early risers can take advantage of 50 per cent off drop-in fees for swimming from 6:30 am to 8 am on select days.
