My first three attendances were excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, despite how busy the store was. On my last visit, it was clear that there was one staff member avoiding work and avoiding customers while two others were doing their best to look after everyone in the store: one worker kept a smile on her face and the other was clearly straining ... but she was still doing what she could. The staff are generally excellent but you’ll always find one apple ...

poor staff

I went in to the store to get a book holder and when I asked if they have one cheaper than $70.00 (it’s really just to hold a cook book up) the older staff member looked down on me. And let me know that I would have to go to different store. I don’t need some staff at a store looking down make me feel cheap / poor by whatever little comment she said after, because I think $70.00 is a little too much to spend on something to prop up a cook book. I think some of the staff needs better customer service
