Back in summer of 2019 my wife and I invested in our health and wellness by purchasing a spa from World of Spas. Best investment ever, our family of 5 use it daily. Especially with the Covid lockdowns we have been able to relax and unwind with quality family time, unplugged from devices in our spa. The staff are extremely friendly and super helpful answering all our questions and supporting our spa needs.
World of spas is amazing great new location, helpful staff COVID aware. We love our hot tub big purchase but not one regret. Our family of five uses it daily. Highly recommend for physical and mental well being

I live outside the city and get my water from a well. Using this water in my hot tub, I was unable to regulate the alkalinity in it properly. The alkalinity was too high and kept fluctuating when I tried to fix it. I read a lot of different articles to try to fix the alkalinity, but most of them were written for city water and I was unable to stabilize my alkalinity.
I decided to go to Spa World for help and was assisted by Rosie. She gave me a very professional, comprehensive consultation and
awesome experience, awesome tub and a great price. I've been super happy with the hot tub I chose. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and has also helped me numerous times since the purchase with questions I have had with either maintenance or accessories.

can always count on World of Spas for good advice and good service. They have a wide selection of products for all hot tub needs. I thought I had to get rid of my hot tub because of an internal pipe leak. They told me to try flex seal which is a silicon based sealant. i could not believe it; used as directed it fixed my leak slowly but surely. Instead of spending thousands of dollars for repair or replacement, the sealant did the trick.
World of Spas has an excellent customer service team, always willing to help talk through any issues we have and help us find a solution. There ability to explain things over the phone is excellent.
We bought a Club Series Dynasty Spa from World of Spas Calgary about 3 months ago, and we have been using it daily since and love it. We picked a model without loungers as we arent really big enough to sink into one, but the sitting model works great for us.
It took time to get the hang of how to balance water chem, but the staff at the store were great and extremely knowledgeable and helped us get it right without wasting a bunch of time and water
We bought the 8 person Tide model with all the bells & whistles, and we LOVE it! Tub was delivered on time and without any issues. Its loaded with high pressure jets and has a great stereo system with Bluetooth, easy to use touch screen controls, temp & pump control via app, and tons of lights that can be set in a variety of colours. Well be going back to WOS for all our supplies, and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality tub and a great sales/service experience!
We decided to get a hot tub so had been to a few places, we decided on World of Spas because we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. They were very helpful and informative and since getting the spa the service has continued to be awesome! Always greeted by smiling faces when you walk in. A great purchase that will he used for years to come!
We purchased our swim spa at the home and garden show after admiring it for almost a decade we decided to go for it! Our family has so enjoyed the spa and it’s definitely a purchase we’re glad we made! Our kids are swimming with confidence, we get some exercise and a lovely place to relax. The staff at world of spas have been nothing but helpful and always available for questions!
Admittedly our spa purchase was somewhat impulsive. However, this was a decision we have not regretted. Our experience with all the staff at World of Spas has been top notch. No matter who you interact with, you get a knowledgeable and friendly face. They may not be the cheapest spas in the market, but you get what you pay for. We love our new spa and the much needed relaxation it provides our family.

The sales reps were patient with us in helping us understand exactly what we were looking at and ensuring that we were making the right choice for our family. When delivered the team was courteous, helpful and had it set up in no time, coordinating with Brandon from Good Nuff Electric who had us up and running with the proper electrical set up in a couple of hours
