Kal Tire

Absolutely the worse kaltire I’ve ever been to. Took my truck in for oil change and fuel filter took 2.5 hours from the time my truck went in. Fuel filter leaked diesel on the way to work the next morning so took the thrice back to them to fix there mistake and asked if they were going to replace the diesel that was spilled cause of the leak and was rudely told it’s not there problem

These guys are very good at their customer service. I drive past all others in Grande Prairie to get to these guys. They will do everything they can to ensure that you are happy.

After years of 5 star service I was not surprised to have Kaltire come to my rescue. While admitting my weakness, it is enough to say that waking up to a flat tire was a nightmare. In less than half a blink they had help at my doorstep (which was not their job) enough to get me to the shop, and in another half an hour I was back on the road with a smile and even some popcorn.

Went in after hours and talked to two guys standing in the shop and couldnt help me fix a tire. Told me i would have to call the 1-800 number and make a call to get it fixed. Will never deal there again and probably not Kal tire at all if i can help it because of this expierence
