    Had a discussion ...

    Had a discussion with a driver because he was double parked unsafely, and recommended he pull ahead. He hurled profanities and told me to go crash my motorcycle. I then called the dispatch number and asked to speak to a manager. Turns out the driver and the owner were one and the same. He then proceeded to continue to tell me what parts of his anatomy to suck. Real classy business owner.

    You may have spoken to a driver who was dispatching from his car as all dispatching is done from from cars dispatch is simply passed from driver to driver at shift change. You did not however speak to the owner, of the company as you has assumed. If you would actually like to speak to the owner and provide time and date of occurrence we might be able to determine who you actually spoke to.
