From contacting the 24 hour line, to the neatly 'at the door service', it was wonderful experience! The knowledge of trailers was good. A full inspection was completed, a new tub and surround was needed and installed. A new faucet for the tub as well as all the fixings for it, all completed. A new fixture for the bathroom sink with stopper and parts too. An over flow valve & fixings for the toilet also, a must. Yes, their prices are set. Yes, they always tell you the prices up front. Yes, I've read some people find them more expensive( I didn't), BUT ..Yes, You do know what you pay before the job is started. Yes, they do the job until the job is done right (even if they have to come back to finish)! Yes, Customer Service is number 1! I'm very pleased and will recommend Action Auger to my friends.
