When I visit Ashley furniture to purchase a new sofa and love seat I was very pleased with the service ,very friendly and helpful.

i ordered stuff back in aug. i understand a longer delivery time however after they called to book the install i took a day off work. they called the night/day before to cancel the booking. thanks for not only wasting my time but costing me money. buyers be aware here.
I’ve been to 2 locations in Edmonton within the past month. Both times customer service staff were pleasant , helpful and not pushy. I purchased several pieces of furniture both times, and appreciated the delivery and set up. I’ll be back!

Buyer Beware!! Purchased a 3-piece sectional, white glove delivery service and additional warranty from Ashley Furniture on June 27, 2021. I was quoted a delivery date of Friday July 2, 2021 (stated right on invoice) along with removal of my old couch (included in white glove delivery service). I received a phone call on Wednesday June 30, 2021 informing me that due to the July 1 holiday, delivery of my sectional would not be happening and that it was going to be rescheduled to the following F
My last experience with Ashley was not good- long wait time for order and 10% charge for order cancelation- so I was reluctant to make another purchase. Willing to give them another chance, if reordered an item and am hoping this experience will be better. Last chance, Ashley, to earn my future buying power!!
Company installed a bedframe in my house, it broke the same day. Cant replace it until several months away. We wanted a refund so we could get a bed elsewhere. They are charging 25% restocking fee + $175 to pick it up.
Buyer Beware. One of the worst customer service experience you will ever have. First To save their butts they make you sign a repair/replace policy to try an avoid reimbursing you at 20% restocking for their dishonorable service/product. Opened up the couch, all put together with staples. Guy tried to overlooking everything & belittle my wife. Our $$ couch had to be replaced twice in the first 2-3weeks. 3months now still, dealing quality, structural and missing hardware.
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
The staff by the name of Sam was so very acxomodating and very helpful during our visit this week, and so as with the other staffs who greeted us. Exceptional display of all furnitures. Great place to look around for all your home decors, decors and furnitures.
Ajit Singh was very helpful and polite .will definitely deal with him next time too.

Ashley Furniture on Stony Plain Rd sold me a $600 bed and delivered it with missing parts. They laughed at me for wanting to be called back, ignored me and told me they are to busy to help me. After a BBB complaint they built me the missing pieces out of old used wood that was measured incorrectly. They forced it to fit and split the frame. They also left metal pieces sticking out that will rip my new box spring. No one could pay me enough to ever speak with Ashley Furniture ever again! I am sad and feel embarrassed for wanting new parts instead of pieced together old wood.
