Dolce Vita Homes has been incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and costly to deal with, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Nearly 3 years after possession, we are still fighting with them and issues remain unresolved. And they continue to hold my $7500 in landscaping holdbacks even after the landscaping contractor agreed in mediation to release the funds to us.
