Showed up early for appt so did appraisal without our feedback. Total rush job. Compared us to extremely inferior properties and came in 19,000 under city appraisal after 40k in renos. Got a second opinion who came in at 10k above city appraisal. Kelly refused to adjust his opinion. AVOID
