    excellent experience dealing with professional friendly and knowledgeable tech who did for us in under 30 minutes what a competitor couldnt do in 3 hours and $700!!! Wish all trades were so professional.

    Super fast service,came within hours of my call, really nice friendly staff. Had a great experience,furnace was repaired in no time at all and at reasonable cost.     Just had them out to fix my furnace. I found out form a friend that this is the old owner and staff from The Furnace Company before Reliance took over. Wow customer service is back in Edmonton great guy came out late on a weekend night, fixed the furnace right after multiple attempts by the other company. Highly recommend.

    We had our furnace replaced by Furnace Family last week. From the no pressure super knowledgeable sales guy Dave to the excellent install guys we were impressed by the whole process. Install guys treated our home like their own an explained every step. I highly recommend Furnace Family really follow thru on promises.
