It doesnt matter if your service speaks all these languages if the service you are offering is awful, and all your dresses are extremely cheap when they come in. Hemming costs 250. Just dont shop here. Its all wonderful until your dress comes in, and your dress looks cheaper than 150 when you payed 450. Frayed at the bottom, sewing job is visible, and no compensation. They dont care about customers, they care about money. Do not shop here.

I went shopping for a mother-of-the-bride dress with my mother and daughter (the bride). We managed to find options in plus sizes on our own. Katrina was our Service Consultant and the only one on duty at the time but my daughter helped me with trying on dresses. Katrina managed to answer most of our questions but had to confirm some with the owner who never showed up while I was there. I found a dress and now have to wait for it to arrive to see if it is as promised.

What a horrible place to shop for dresses. My family have never been treated so disrespectful in all our lives.We arrived. Had to wait 10 min before anyone would speak to us.(Several people standing behind the counter doing nothing.) No on else in store. Finally we were told go pick out your dresses from top of stop floor when ready bring down stairs. Which we did. Only to be reprimanded and have a few of our choices taken away. Had to wait another 15 minutes before someone would come with to

Staff were helpful. I did not have an appointment but they were very accommodating.

The people here were very helpful in providing assistance and in helping me find the style that I was looking for my grad dress. There is a vast selection as well and so many to choose from!! Highly reccomend checking it out if you're searching for any time of dress for a special occasion.
