    I could not make a telephone contact - was hung up on. No wonder your ratings are so extremely bad. Shame on you for your poor service, as I do know you carry quality merchandise. I just wanted a simple question answered before we shopped there in several days. We'll probably get a better price elsewhere, anyway.
