    I recently posted a review about the problems I had here. Since then they contacted me, reimbursed what I had paid elsewhere to have it fixed, and offered to help with any future issues. Though I had a problem in the first place, they were quick to address it and followed through with their promise.

    I spent 4 hours calling around to canadian tire, JB, NAPA, and a few other places looking for some electrical module for my truck and trailer. Nobody even had a clue of what i was looking for even though I was describing it in vast detail. Napa gave me the number for this place and I called and a lady named Kat at desk instantly knew what i was looking for and was willing to wait 15 minutes after the store was close for me to come by! Spectacular customer service!!!

    2 and 1/2 hours wait just for them get started

    I made an appointment to get a hitch installed. I asked if I could bring it early next morning at a specific time. The lady was friendly on the phone and said no problem. So I arrive on time and wait in their waiting room thinking they are working on the truck. Well 2 and a half hours later I learn they just took the truck in to work on. If a customer books an appointment they expect it to be honored. Don't overbook and be upfront about how long it will take to get the work done.

    Hands On Custumer Service Was Unbelievable

    As a return customer to the Hitch House I knew the customer service was going to be great. Today I dropped off my trailer to get 2 new batteries installed and new wiring for one of them. As I am new to the RV lifestyle I occasionally struggle to get my trailer all hooked up and ready for the road. Today it was going a little slow to line up the hitch and Barry the service man happens to come out of the shop and drop what he was doing to help me. He actually hooks up most of the trailer for me and starts giving me pointers and tips about the trailer and hooking it up. Since he was the one that did the wiring on the trailer, he starts explaining what he did today and what the wires are for. I do not remember the last time I purchased anything when an employee goes out of the way to make sure you are more than satisfied when you drive away. The free info that I received from Barry's experience was more valuable to me then the work that was done. Without a doubt I would recommend the Hitch House for anyone's trailer accessory needs. I'll be back for sure. Scott
