    I used them for s...

    I used them for several years for home and auto insurance. I sold my car and called to cancel my insurance, and they talked me in to reducing the policy to fire and theft to keep my rate when I got another car. A few months later I found another insurance company with better rates (half what I was paying for home insurance, and it included sewer backup) so I called Milestone to cancel both my policies. They sent me a cancellation form to sign, but only cancelled one policy. They kept billing
