At such a stressful and difficult time, Trinity Funeral Home Ltd was more than helpful and most of all respectful of our and my mom's wishes. It was NEVER about what they thought we should be doing!! It was all about us being comfortable with our loved ones wishes. I can not stress enough how wonderful this funeral home respects the living as much as our loved ones who have passed away. This would have been a 5 star had I known in advance that payment in full would be required via a voided cheque with funds going into escrow the day after the preplanning meeting. Otherwise the representative was extremally knowledgeable and kind. Though I'd say a little more discretion would have been appreciated when meeting in a public place (as in not quite so boisterous a tone) when others could hear our conversation.

We compared prices from other funeral homes Trinity was very reasonable. Arranged everything the way we wanted so our family would not need to worry about it.
