My wife and myself have disabilities, We clean had a 24hr treatment option which reduced the preparation required by 90% and that made this horrible situation a lot easier. The owner is extremely unprofessional with his approach and work. He made fun of my accent as being a foreigner. The owner has broken my bed and my kids bed during the treatment. In addition, the owner has broken the fridge door and has made huge scratches on the wall. I was bullied when I mentioned the amount of damage to my property. Be careful dealing with these people!

Chris went over and beyond my expectations. He killed all the bugs from our house and also found the source of the problem which was my brother in law luggage. He was just about to move with us.... not anymore !

Very bad service. Do not hire. Their 1 year guarantee is a lie and heat does not work. Heat just does damage and most of the bed bugs are still there.
