For years i had went to this buisness to cut my hair and never had an issue. Very friendly professional environment . Until i changed my hair one day i changed my hair from platnium blonde to brown. I went in that day to do the colour change and was told my hair was very damaged and because it was so blonde it may take more then one session, which is fine . Then the colour it did not take due to the extreme blonde and damage. They had to re-dye my hair to get the colour to take . When it was all done that day my hair was not brown or plum mixed as i asked but bright RED ... I was informed that red was the only colour my hair would take and that it may take 3 or 4 sessions to adjust my hair to the colour i wanted , so returned trips every few weeks would be needed , Not knowing much about hair i accepted that , thought it a bit strange but went on with my day . Three days later as instructed i washed my hair , dryed it to my shock the colour completely washed out ans turned GREY!! I did some further research, called around to 3 other salons and two close friends in the industry to ask more about why this happened, to find out the way the salon tried to change my hair was completely wrong and should not need more then a second visit for my hair to be the proper colour
