I spent almost an entire year waiting on a specialist they never actually sent my paperwork to. All the while suffering and missing more work than I can afford. Then botched it a second time, adding more months to the wait. Now that I finally am on the specialists list, with another six month wait (the only justified wait so far), I needed paperwork for the short term disability, witch they again botched, leaving me unable to pay bills, mortgage, etc. They are going to cost me everything...

U guys called me to book an appt and when i tried to call the number back it went to voice msg saying ur closed.... at 12pm. please fix your phone numbers.

Excellent staff, I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to see him. He listens, is compassionate and explains things in layman’s terms making it easy to understand. In 7 years of seeing him every 3 months for medication refills, he always has a smile for me and is good natured, but serious when necessary and always gives me extra time because I have a complicated medical history and a lot going on. He deserves a 5 star rating as far as my family is concerned.

The two doctors I have seen are Dr. Bielu and Dr. Obiajulu. Both are kind gentlemen who show great concern and care in a very professional manner. The assistant appears to do her job satisfactorily. The front-end staff who make appointments and phone calls and greet you and report your presence are so shielded behind glass that many cannot hear or manage to make contact with them. A large woman there refuses to look at me, acknowledge me or speak to me when I enter. What is her job? HELLO!!

Front staff are not so friendly, they don't even look at the during conversation. I had a complete physical examination with Dr. Bielu today, wait time is excellent BUT doctor only spent 10 minutes aaking questions. Did not do anything as expected for a physical exam, no blood test or xray request given, NOTHING! Just wasted my time driving on a freezing cold morning to see him. Should have just stayed at home.

The older lady staff at the reception with glasses and short hair is 'NOT NICE'. She doesn't know how to deal with people who are in pain and badly needed to see my family doctor even if I just been to the hospital and the doctor at the ER said I need to see my family doctor. She's truly Abrupt!

Quick response to my needs and a compassionate and caring Physician in Dr. Bielu. Appointments are usually within a couple of days and very little wait time in the office before seeing the Dr. Refreshing.

Staff are all so helpful and friendly. Dr Bielu is a very patient, friendly and kind man. He is very thorough in his treatments. We have selected him as our family doctor for Nana, Mom, Dad, 4 year old girl and 18 month old girl. Definitely recommend Dr Bielu and staff.
