Bad service bad food! She brought me the wrong burger and when i told her i waited over 15 mins and she brought me the rest of the ingredients for my burger including burnt bacon and i was expected to make my own cold burger at my table. The beef was tasted like it was no name brand pressed from old hot dogs. The chicken wings had a texture that was more like jerky. I remeber when the onion first opened it was good. I will never set foot in the onion again. Its time for new ownership!

This was the worst service, and the worst gluten-free menu I have ever seen. We went in approximately 1:15 pm, The waitress brought the menus. She came back 15 minutes later. I asked her for the gluten-free menu, she said she would go get one, 15 minutes later she came back, with the worst gluten-free menu I have ever seen. She came back 10 minutes later took our orders. Meanwell to gentleman came in and sat right next to us. They got their drinks and their meals before we even got ours ordered. We waited approximately 20 minutes ready to walk out, and she's bringing the Food out. We ask for ketchup and extra napkins, she brought the catc we ask for ketchup and extra napkins, she brought the ketchup, forgot the napkins. She never came to check on how the meal was or if we need a refill on her Pops. I asked for a box to take the leftovers home, 15 minutes later still no box, then she came around the corner and remember the box. She said I'll bring you the bill right away we waited another 10to15 minutes, as we were walking out she says I'll get you the bill, and asked if we needed the machine. Guess what….We ended up waiting some more. We got up to leave she met us at the front door with the banking machine, and hand documented d and asked if we needed the machine. I cannot see how this place is even open. I am disgusted and I'm very upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cold food. Chicken was pink. Waitress was obviously displeased when I informed her the chicken was pink. My daughter had already eaten a bunch of hers by the time I got to mine. They pretty much said that it must be ok if she is eating it. Seriously? Expensive for what you get!
