My vehicle died at an extremely busy intersection right at an overpass (during rush hour)!!! Jason was on scene within 10 minutes, he loaded my vehicle extremely fast and it was dropped off at my house all within a half an hour. Jason was courteous, friendly & super efficient!! Just had my sons truck recovered from another tow company. They came within 15 minuets, loaded up the truck and dropped it off into a very tight parking spot with unbelievable precision. Excellent prompt service, and the best of all, very polite and friendly staff.(Unlike Willies) Thanks Auto Spa Towing.
Brent and his trainee with autospa were very friendly and professional. The office manager I spoke to in the office was very nice as well. We were very happy with there service, we actually got them to pick our vehicle up from another towing companys yard due to a bad experience with them.

What an experience my car broke down and he said it may be an hour and a half and they literally spent 20 minutes on the phone walking me through how to get it running well enough I could get it to the repair shop 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ cant recommend enough

Alicia @ Auto Spa certainly saved the day for my daughter. Another company told my daughter who was stranded on the highway they would call her back when a driver was available. She called me very upset and as I've always used Auto Spa I got on the phone and spoke to Alicia, she had a driver (Jason) to my daughter in no time and even took the time to stay on the phone with her until Jason was able to get to her. WOW!! is all I can say, now THAT my friends is customer service!!

Service was fast. Driver was excellent and polite. He didn’t just tell me I needed a new battery he showed me the diagnostics. New battery installed and up and running in less than an hour from time of initial call. Thank you for not trying to take advantage because I am a woman. And the price was awesome!

We were stranded on the #1 at 29 degrees for 2 1\2 hours, less than an hour out of MH. Took a long time for the truck to arrive. It was an old truck with no air so we drove with both windows down! The driver was very friendly and helpful. I called to check on the status of the truck at one point and found the young lady to be unfriendly almost to the point of rude.
We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience.We have improved the fleet and personell training to offer a better service. We will continue to improve.. if given another chance

Got an unlock don...
Got an unlock done they were fast and very professional. I would totally recommend them and use them again.
I slid off the highway with a semi load of cattle. They sent out a big tow truck. All I needed was a winch to pull my trailer over which they did but from there it became a big production calling out 2 more trucks costing me 2400.00$ in the end. After winching the trailer over it would have been possible for me to drive out with a little pull. The driver blocked me from trying by parking his truck in front of mine. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
