    AMAZING!! I have not had such WONDERFUL service in a long time!! They came to my broken fridge within a couple hours the same day I called and saved me from throwing out hundreds of dollars of food. I cannot be more thankful I called them, and there technician Jeff was quick working, polite, and very friendly. I will definitely be choosing them as my go-to repair company from now on. Thank you to the cheerful lady in the office which was quick to save me in a tight situation. THANK YOU!!!

    This company is a...

    This company is a perfect example of awful customer service. They misdiagnosed my dryer the first visit. So when they came a week later to fix my dryer I was told that the first guy was wrong about the problem and they had to reorder a different part. So another week later and another day taken off work the tech comes back and this time they had the wrong part!!Fast forward 2 weeks and another call saying they lost the part!!! That was 10 days ago and I've heard nothing!!This company is a joke!!

    So far it's a 2 b...

    So far it's a 2 because I have been without a dishwasher for 5 weeks now! The first week was the fault of the place we bought from because they forgot to talk to GE about it.... But seriously, they have been to my house 3 times now and they keep getting things wrong! I have a toddler, a baby, and my husband works oilfield.... A dishwasher helps me keep my sanity and I've been without one for 5 weeks!!!! I hope I can give them a better score at some point because the guy that comes is super nice, but as of now I'm still waiting >_<

    Very very impress...

    Very very impressed, couldn't believe the excellent service and friendly staff in the office and the counter. I was frustrated with other companies in town and they really made the process smooth and easy. Definitely improved service and with a smile! Will be recommending them to all my friends!! THANK YOU!

    First off, I must...

    First off, I must point out that B&C is a small business that has been undermanned for awhile now but despite this, they pull through. The technician, Kevin, is absolutely top-notch and if I can recall, is on the board who oversees the official government ciriculum for Alberta. His knowledge and skills are pure quality and my dealings with him have always been pleasant, professional, and timely. Ordering parts can take some time and with only one technician, work can get piled up. Worth the wait

    VERY POOR / NO SERVICE!

    They had our washing machine for 3 weeks plus a day. When phoned for the fourth time about the machine (one time they put my wife on hold an never picked up again) they told us they worked over the weekend on it and ordered a part for it. Though they said they were making an effort to fix it, I went to pick my machine up without telling the them . They were surprised that I was removing my washer from them, but I recieved in within a few minutes.The washer was never opened, no parts removed because they were faulty, awaiting a new part, and the machine preformed exactly as when I brought it in. They told me when I brought it in that I was sixth in line, but later they told my wife that if they have a service call, they leave those in the shop and do the service call because they make more money that way. That last time my wife spoke to the lady, she was told there was 18 people ahead of us. I just didn't trust them anymore, so I picked up our machine. We were out of a washer for 3 weeks plus the time and effort to bring the achine into town - I feel neglected and a fool, and still don't have a properly working machine!

    Rude, Disorganized

    We recently hired B and C to do a small repair around the home. The lady at the desk was rude and disorganized. Multiple appointments were missed and they take no accountability. There was a condescending way about all their dealings with myself and my husband. We went out of our way to ensure to never deal with then again.

    Poor Attitude

    Have been to this location twice and phoned in a couple times as well. Every time I've gone in I have been given a condescending attitude and rude remarks. I was asked simple questions like make, model, part number, etc... and every time I tried to answer the questions asked I was given the impression I was wasting their time. One lady asked what the make of my refrigerator was, I said, "It's a Kenmore", I didn't know which company made it, and she said, "that's absolutely no help to me". Very rude has been my only experience here.
