The owner takes great pride in the work he does and we have a very good rapport with him. He is very helpful in every way and so kind, we always have a nice chat every time we go. I have them fix my broken jewelry. They fix right away while I'm nosing on their showcase for what is on sale. I'm greatly satisfied with their service and at a reasonable price compare to other places . Their price is resonable compare to what the mall charges and some other place. and the i dont need to wait for weeks for my jewelries to be fix because they do it in there shop. they fix it on the spot while you wait. Same day serves...Drop by their shop to look for some good offers on the jewelries that they sell in the shop... i always have a good deal in gold and diamonds that they are selling compare to other places... Run don't walk away from this outfit!
This is the worst retailer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in years. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! I took my watch in for a new battery and they wrecked the watch and told me with abusive profanity that they were not interested in trying to repair the watch of anything. The owner actually threw the watch at me when I insisted they try to correct what they had done. Not only am I out of an expensive digital watch but the abuse totally ruened my day.
Your add was one sided and so deceptive. The truth was that customer has a Timex watch that over ten years old.He came to my store for a new battery so we put a new battery then after few days the watch stop working. He demanded $75.00 for his Timex watch buy I refused to give him the money. To make the story short,after the arguments we had, I through the watch on him because he told me to go back to my old country. I willing to give him the $5.00 for the battery that he paid but not for $75.00 he demanded. I'm Ebay member for almost ten years and I learned Ebay has a fair judgement both party's has an equal say. Your add is one sided. That's all I can say
