    I was hesitant to try CPAP therapy after the last company I tried, but I decided to try again with these guys and things have been working out well. Since Ive been using my cpap I am feeling a lot better now.

    I would say that this is the best sleep provider out there. They are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and very patient focused. I highly recommend this company.

    Just purchased my CPAP machine through them. They were excellent. They explained everything down to the last detail and were extremely helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat!

    My brother was in the hospital so I went to get him a new mask and they told me I had 3 weeks to return it if it didn't work. Later we learned the cpap did nothing for him but he needed a bipap. Not only that but they would not let us return the unused mask! So very disappointed!

    Service two years after last reviews

    If anyone had a horrendous experience with CPAP machines, I have. Thankfully, a new girl at the Red Deer branch listened to my story and ascertained I needed "older technology". She reconfigured the set up and now I am able to sleep with this machine. Service has been prompt, in and out within a half an hour. Sorry for the other's experience with this outfit in Red Deer but it sure is better then where I went for service before!

    Don't waste your time here

    Very disorganized. They showed up late for the first appointment of the day. Then proceed to contradict what they said on the phone regarding price and insurance. Staff then proceed to blame each other. Very unprofessional, and if I ran my business that way I'd be broke.
