    It is clearly that one the person there is no experience in cutting woman hairs. Instead of the manager listen the client and do what was asked, she came up with absurd solution and moreover says that was a misunderstand. I'm sorry, but I had never had this 'misunderstanding' before It maybe is why it is empty - so customers do not return :)
