Had my nails done there today. They did a great job. The owner really cares about what she’s doing. She did what was best for my nails highly recommend.
I absolutely love this place. They are very accommodating, even for walk ins. Everyone is very friendly and ever since Sophia took over everything is clean and all the chairs are new. They always do a wonderful job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I adore all of them. 🥰🥰
Best place in this entire city for nails and pedicures!! They are so incredibly competent and dedicated to their clients. Under new owners, fully renovated, brand new everything, immaculately clean. I got the best nails and the joy of a perfect pedicure is incomparable. My toenails are always a problem for me, but Sophie really took care of me. I will never let anyone else do my pedicure. Philippines lady was very rude . They are not taking any precaution regarding COVID . I don’t want to come back and not recommend to others.
If i could give 0 stars i would. My daughter went in with my money to get her nails done. She showed them a picture and the nails look absolutely nothing like the picture. When i asked for a refund for my money they said they cannot and they hung up the phone on me 3 times. DO NOT COME HERE!! They refuse to refund or even let me talk and I got yelled at on the phone for wanting my money back. Absolutely horrible service.
Done with this place. Rude staff and dirty environment. How can you not realize how inconsiderate it is to be talking on the phone while doing customers nails? How do you think its ok to grab customers hands with no respect? Just because you want the service fast to move on to the next ? Get your priorities straight maybe someday your ratings may be higher
Considering the fact that it was my first time doing my nails at this location and that it was a fact know to the owner, one would think that she'd assign their best technician to me, to make sure I come back. That is not what was done. Instead, i had the new one that had a practice session on my nails. Once she was done, she proudly raised my hand to show her colleagues her work and their faces said it all...keep practicing. Not very exciting when sitting in the client's chair!
Came in to use up an hour while my husband had an appointment. My nails look nice, the staff was friendly and got me in at short notice, but the station needed a major cleaning. Lots of dust and gunk and a chunk of someone's nail sat on the counter beside me throughout the appointment. The tools didn't look like they'd been cleaned between clients, so I'm glad I just came in for a quick polish change. Overall, it was ok, but I wish it was cleaner.
Very rude staff, didn't listen to what my friend and I wanted, little conversation between staff and customer. Messed up my friends nails (completely forgot to paint them) then tried to charge her extra to fix her own mistake. Friend and I then started to look at them more closely after our appointment, and we were both very displeased. We will not be going back again.

No appointment is timed. So if there is a walk in, your appointment may be 15min. This place doesn't clean the manicure area between appointments. I asked for polish on my natural nail and no design. I walked out with acrylic and a design "for free". They don't speak English enough to hear their customers desires.
I got my gel nails done by them for my wedding. They turn out beautiful. My bridesmaids had their nails done too and turn out amazing. The staff was so friendly. Definitely recommending my friends to get their nails and toes done.
Got a set of gel nails done today with a gel color on top. Absolutely horrible job painting the nails. The polish was on my cuticles and fingers. The polish is uneven and looks like a toddler painted my nails. I said I was unhappy and they still charged me full price. Horrible horrinle horrible experience - spend the extra 10$ and go to an actual salon with professionals who know what they are doing.
I made an appointment for myself and two friends. While my friends got in right away, I had to wait 35min, while two walkins went ahead of me before I was sat. By that time I had to leave for work. Poor customer service.
