As a REALTOR®, I enjoy the newness that comes with each customer; whether it’s working with investors to expand their portfolios, or the excitement of finding the “perfect home” for a buyer. I love the looking, as it’s my opinion that you can never look at too many houses! I enjoy learning something new every day and the search for finding answers to some of the challenging questions buyers and sellers will ask.

On a personal note, I love working and living in Spruce Grove. I feel fortunate that my family has access to some of the best nature trails our community has to offer; which we use for bike riding, leisurely walks with my mother, to running alongside our dog Duke. As a mother of three I find I’m at the stage of parenting where I am busy as a chauffeur, driving to all the various sporting events. You can frequently find me taking calls from the bleachers of a baseball, soccer or volleyball game as I balance my joy of watching my children with my dedication as a Realtor.     Monica was excellent last year helping my daughter purchase her first home.and now helped my son with purchasing his first home. Her knowledge of the market, and help all the way through the process has been very professional, and her honesty, her flexibility and patience made the process a positive one in both our situations. She took the time to explain everything for all of us to understand. Highly recommend Monica and we will for sure use her again for our real estate needs.
