Not only was the management very rude to me, but to her own employees! For this reason, I will not be going to Spalogy again.

I have been getting massages on a regular basis for the past 30+ years . Recently I have developed sciatica. . I went into see Katt to help relieve the pain. I have been suffering with this for the past three weeks have gone to the chiropractor and numerous other massage therapists. She proceeded to give me the very best massage I have ever received!!. She not only worked on The muscles that were spasming and causing sciatic nerve pain but she also relieved chonic neck pain. 5 stars

I bought 3 gift cards for my wife and 2 daughters and was told they can call to set up a appointment after Christmas that they could come most day during the week. They called and were told 1 could come on jan25 3 week from now and if they wanted all 3 of them together it would be 2 months at least because they have no staff So we requested to return the gift cards so they could go to another spa and they say there is a no return policy that wasn't told to me at time of purchase staff was rude.

Customer's Please Be Aware

Extremely poor customer service. Store management conducted herself both unprofessionally and un-ethically when resolving my customer concern. I would absolutely not utilize this community establishment again in the future nor would I recommend it to family or friends. Very disappointed in my overall experience with this store, when I always try and support our local businesses.
