We had our SUV detail cleaned yesterday at Alpine Auto Wash in St. Albert and they did a fantastic job. They were accommodating, kind, prompt and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have their vehicle detail cleaned.
This carwash used to be good, but expensive. Now it is just expensive. Almost no soap comes out when Soap is selected. The employee said that the management sets it that way. Dont waste your money going here.
I had a previous gift certificate from the previous owners whereby you would buy the hours 2 for the price of 1. The new owner took the gift card and put an expiry date (unbeknownst to me) on it and I had $40 left on it and he said it expired! Gift cards are not supposed to have expiry dates! Never went back. Liked the previous owner better.
I would have selected Zero stars. Beyond Terrible!! Car came out looking like it never even went through a car wash. Guy said to come into the bay wash and he would wash it with the wand. He quickly walked around the car with the wand on RINSE cycle for less than 1 minute. I asked if he was going to use soap he said "no". I had paid $13.99 and requested a refund. He said "No!". When I told him I wouldn't be back he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Don't waste your money there!
Do not waste your money. Machines don't work. When asked for refund I was laughed at by Tom. Says the machine does not work for "low" cars. Would not even give a credit. Awful service. Too bad because I have spent hundreds there before this. Bad business!!!
Unfortunately there is not a no star option. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Worst car wash ever. I could have spit on the car and it wold have been cleaner. Went to the touch less side. I wish I could post pictures. Very Disappointed. Will never go back. Go to Sparkle up the hill.
Average carwash! I think its a bit overpriced. I lived in St Albert for 10 years now. I tried another carwash on top of the hill called sparkle, its cheeper, more soap and much better pressure, plus it has more room then alpine.
Horrific customer service. After I paid for a car wash, I drove into the bay and it would not work - they would NOT refund my money! The 'children' in the office were totally incompetent and did not know what to do, so they did nothing (one went and hid). Also -watch your credit card bill - on a previous visit I was charged twice for only one visit. Will never return - agree with previous comment - go somewhere else.
Terrible!! Went there today, (I have been going there religiously for 5 years) and the car wash was not working properly. So I went in and told them and asked for another code (touch less wash) There was soap all over my truck and the owner looked. Told me no I couldn't have one because they end up giving 2 for 1 car washes. Basically accusing me of steeling. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
