I have been a customer for over 3 years, I generally make an appointment when I plan to get my nails done. I have had outstanding service, it is a friendly, and professional staff group. My manicures and pedicures are spot on, because If I have questions, I ask them and I clarify what I want and ask them for advice, as a result I am always pleased with my nails.
Got in fast. Lady who did my nails was very fast, but my nails weren’t very even and were bumpy. Had to fix them when I got home.
Normally, I love this place. But today, I was SO disappointed in the service I received. I went in to get a manicure and was charged extra because my nail tech didn't do her job correctly. I asked her to make sure my existing gel was prepped so my polish wouldn't lift and instead of doing what I asked she decided to take my existing nails completely off and then charge me an extra $10 for removal! I didn't even end up with a mani at all just polish. Even when questioned she did nothing to help.
I find the technicians are messy, distracted, and unprofessional. Will not be recommending this nail salon to anyone!!
Great service! They do a great job, aren't pushy for an upsell. I'm always pleased after going there.
Went for a pedicure with my husband tonight was it was great. Got right in and service was pleasant place was clean.
Brand new building with great decor inside. Very polite and friendly. Great service. Have been multiple times and never had any issues (manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing). Would certainly recommend!
I should have trusted my gut feeling and walked out before sitting down for a pedicure ... horrible service and unfriendly atmosphere. I was left with a bleeding toe from ripping off my cuticle. I'm also pretty sure she used a cheese grater on the soles of my feet .... Please do yourself a favour and skip this place. Never again will I set foot in this place.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Comments made by salon employee were rude and inappropriate!
my nail broke within 12 hours, they were shaped uneven, my cuticles were not cut, and i got gel and a color changing polish without asking causing me to pay more. will never go back. and i don't recommend you go either.
