    Stay away!

    ..nail polish only 3/4 up the nail! I kindly asked her to please put the polish all the way to the cuticle area, and she was very surprised (huh??). And, (this is the kicker!) starts complaining about me to her coworker in Vietnamese. It was VERY obvious to me that she was complaining about me..it was like an SNL skit! Anyway, the nails looked terrible, had to go home and paint them again myself. Waste of time and money. Never returning.

    Will NEVER come back!

    I started coming here because at first the staff were really nice and understanding about how I wanted my nails to look. They did a fabulous job on my pedicures And my nails, but after a few times coming into the shop to have my nails filled they were always too "busy" to help me. Just today I went in and asked the lady if she could file my nails down because they were getting too long and in the way. Because asking me any questions, she refused to even help me. She kept insisting I didn't get my nails done here, I tried to explain to this woman that I always come in and get my nails done. Bottom line is, the staff are unbelievably rude and I will not be returning at all, and it's a shame because they do such good work and they lost my business.

    Terrible pedicure

    DO NOT go here. the staff was extremely rude, and did my pedi in under 5 min. my pedicure was awful! the nails chipped the next day and when i asked the lady doing my pedicure to work on the heels, which she did not do during the pedicure she yelled at me. This place was terrible, i will not be returning.

    Bad Business in Stalbert

    My wife went to Vian nails to get a mani pedi. Wow, what a bad idea. The staff were rude. When she enquired about different services they told her if she had to ask maybe she should go somewhere else! They pushed her out the door even though they were not busy and her nails look terrible. I decided to pick up the phone to speak with a manager and was yelled at by the lady who answered the phone. Who ever this person was would not let me speak with anyone, blamed my wife, said she was rude and told me they could care less if we ever used there services again. Incredible that this place stays open. I have a strange feeling that this place has other business going on.
