    So after being a customer for nine years and a loyal one at that we were very displeased, disappointed and shocked at this company’s customer service representative (you know who you are) after she told us that if we paid up till the end of our term (1month) all would be good. They then surprised us with with a $300 cancellations fee after we were honest and told them that we were moving and would no longer require their service.
