    My BMW overheated at the traffic light on the highway in Armstrong. I called Classic and they said they would be able to look at it even though it was 4:30 pm. Turns out I had a clogged radiator and a cracked coolant reservior. Roger was able to get the parts at a reasonable price and got me back on the road in two days...he had to wait for parts. Labour cost was reasonable...and he did not try to up charge me on other work. First class facility..great work..I will return!

    Terrible service,...

    Terrible service, brought my car in to get leaks, pulling to the left, and surging investigated along with an inspection. they charged me 120 dollars and told me the leaks are coming from the engine, power steering and transmission. When i asked about where they were coming from on those components they said they didnt know and would need to clean it all up and watch and that will cost even more. They couldnt find where to read my codes from so they gave up, and didnt find anything on the surging. Both of the guys working there were not willing to work with me and both were very stubborn and rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to Kal tire, or somewhere where the people actually know what they are doing. This is a joke of a shop.

    In response to your rating of our service provided to you and your vehicle. I believe you may have targeted the wrong repair facility. I checked for any history of your visit and came up with nothing. August 19, 2015 was a Saturday, (we are closed Saturday), and checked back to July 2015. Could not find your name associated with any repair orders. Should you have a copy of a work order, please bring it in for me to review. In response to your concern, (no matter which repair facility performed the inspection). An inspection is simply that - an inspection. If the vehicle is so covered with oil that it needs to be cleaned before any accurate diagnosis can be done, then so be it. Most garages would charge for a shampoo. P.S.
