    Want a gas insert, went into the store was put on a list to call Oct. I have phone left messages. Never have received a call back to at least say too busy can't help you. Goodby Shepherds your competitor received my business; you have terrible customer service.

    Incredible Service!

    Every time I go into Shepherds I'm greeted with a smile and asked if I need any help finding anything. At a time when most building supply stores are cutting back their staff, it's good to know that Shepherds still cares about service.
