    When you shoot a roll of film and it does not go through the camera correctly you lose your photos. That happened to my seventeen year old daughter after her first trip to Halifax. None of the photos she was so proud of capturing were there. She was devistated. So when the manager of the photo department was a total prick about it, that added insult to injury. My daughter was at fault and knew it. The Mngrs crappy attitude was not at all helpful.
