    Hi all I needed to write this review because i was so disappointed at how this cellphone repair shop named SUPERCELL AT CRYSTAL MALL conducts business and i just had a very bad experience I thought I would share this experience with you; I have never been so disappointed with a company that provides SUCH horrible customer and professional service!!. It was a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. For the people who would like to know- i went in for a simple Cell phone u

    I came to have a ...

    I came to have a simple power button problem fixed on a 4s. Said it will take only 30 minutes but I ended up waiting for almost an hour. When it was finally done, they checked if everything worked ok and in the middle of that the phone shut off. I knew the phone was not low on battery but the lady said that its empty, I was skeptical yet she told me to just come back if something was wrong. True indeed the phone keeps shutting of now randomly even with 50% charge or more. I came back and told them it never behaved this way before the repair, it always stays on till about 1%. The owner/technician insisted its a battery problem. I understand that battery problems can happen anytime but this happening exactly after repair? - highly unlikely. Unfortunately they would not do anything. So much for customer service. Never coming back again and you should stay away as well.
