Worst experience with a cab company. We waited 1.5 hrs and were told 40 min. The cabby told us dispatch changed his route when he was about to pick us up. I phone to complain and dispatch hung up on me 6 times. Finally he talked to me and he sounded drunk and told me to get a job? Terrible dispatch

Thank God for CR cabs fabulous, friendly and caring service. Unfortunately, their competition does not understand the concept of customer service and thus will never bee (lol) seeing my fare again.

The arrival time was good, driver friendly. But the van was super dirty! And h had to walk quite a ways from the vehicle to for the debit to work.

Worst company on the island. Poor drivers that are grumpy and combative. Their dispatch is exactly the same.

Theyre never correct with the wait times they give. They almost always make me late for work or appiontments. Tonight and they told me 15 minutes so i said okay. Only to still be waiting 30 minutes later in the pooring rain and called them. They said theyre car is broken and to call a different company because itll take a couple hours longer, they thought itd be fixed in time. I called them because beeline had a 45 minute wait. So i am now going to be an hour late for work. No apology either 😣

Twice on 2 differ...

Twice on 2 different occasions I phoned for a cab to go to the airport and twice they never showed up in time and had to get a ride from someone else to get there in time If I hear that business is slow for cabbies I'll scream.very poor business attitude
