We have recently purchased our third set of furniture at this great store in Chilliwack. We are very happy with the super friendly and knowledgeable staff and love that they carry so much great Cdn furniture. We took delivery of a lovely Cdn sofa set; we had fabric choice for the set, it turned out beautifully. One of the owners even personally delivered it. I have not seen that kind of service in a long time. Being our third purchase, we are very happy and will be back!

I had gone in to ...
I had gone in to check out bunkbeds. The floor model had a huge crack in it but the sales lady insisted it was good quality ... Ummm I'm not trusting my toddlers in a bed that could hurt them. Then a good friend bought a table and chairs set. Cost $700 and 7 months later, three chairs are broken!!!! They are not used or abused. Hardly used by two adults. The owner will not refund her anything or try to help her resolve anything except to say well, you can buy more chairs from us.... Not a good business to deal with and second, cheap furniture!!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!
We are sorry to hear you feel this way, however, the two bunk beds we have in our store have been thoroughly inspected and have no cracks in them. They are from very reputable dealers and are made of solid wood. The only possible "crack" that could be seen is a line where the two twin beds stack bolted one on top of each other to separate later into twins if so desired. We would in no way knowingly endanger children or anyone with cracked unsafe bunk beds. Also, the circumstances you described are not complete regarding the lady with the $700 dining set. This table set comes from reputable suppliers, plus we ask you to go into most any furniture store 7 months later, have no receipt, have no extended warranty, and expect full compensation: particularly the fact that we cannot see what has happened to the chairs in the household, and a furniture technician describes this damage as not just flaws in the product. The Manager made every effort to keep the customer happy and even offered the customer replacement chairs at well below his cost as a fair compensation. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for understanding our part too.

Big store, decent pricing ,Good quality G8 service
Big store, decent pricing ,Good quality G8 service.....that's all we need. I bought a nice Canadian made bedroom suite around two and half year ago and bought mattress recently, I love it I am a very satisfied customer of theirs, I checked and compared prices everywhere, I got great deal and stuff well before due date. Once again Thank you Save On Furniture I will be back for my living room this year
I visited save on furniture, and it was a great experience. I am a very picky person, but I love how there was so much variety, and how you can customize almost everything in the store. there are so many different patterns of fabrics for the sofas to choose from. Props to Rick for being so patient and helping me. overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for great furniture and variety, for affordable prices! :)
I visited a lot of furniture stores around Abbotsford and Chilliwack "SAVE ON FURNITURE "was the best of the lot. They have lovely furniture - just what we were looking for ! I was very pleased with the customer service, and I actually SAVED ON furniture, and the delivery too. I also bought a couch and bedroom set, and I am very happy that I have saved money, yet I get such good Quality of furniture. Most of my time was spent with Rick - he is so knowledgeable and he was so patient with me. Rick even helped me pick the pattern for my throw pillows. They even let me bring a book in so I could loaf on the different couches to get a feel for which ones I liked.
I love my new couch & bedroom set - I definitely recommend this store Its really I have saved on buying the Furniture as its name is" SAVE ON FURNITURE".
I love this wonderful store ,Excellent , customer service, on time delivery and highly recommended for people l needed decent furniture at value prices, check it out..

So I ordered a couch from Save On Furniture. It was an amazing couch i wanted it and I have heard some good and bad news from this store but I had great service at the beginning when i was doing payments (half way through you get the couch - i paid full due to being able to. I phoned at 10:30 this morning and he said yes the couch will be delivered today. So i waited... and waited, and waited. Then around 1pm i called and a new guy other than Rick answered the phone and he was very calm and understanding. He told me it will be delivered around 4-6 I said well... the guy before did not give me a time around or anything. He tried to calm me down. I give props to him. Then 520 comes around and and I phoned again. I asked where is my couch? he says that its on its way and I said okay i went outside and waited..... waited... and waited .... then i get a text from my old landlord saying there is people there with a couch waiting for you guys. We changed our address. I called prior to last payment changing my address he did not really answer to my address change. I had to COME IN to change my fricken address..... I was so fed up with them. I called the guy to tell him I told you my address i changed it in front of you. and My fiance. so then again I told him that this service is terrible. He told me that i couldnt get my couch til tomorrow morning and i said well i have things i have to do and i waiting all day around the house for you guys. I deserve my couch tonight and he said that his driver had a very important appointment and I said well thats understandable i could wait til tonight but im not waiting all day tomorrow as well. I will be getting my couch at 8:30 + or -. This is the worst place to get furniture i would advise you go to the brick or even liquidation world. Thanks for reading my venting
On Sunday, September 16, I called Save On Furniture at about 4:40 p.m. I had been there the day before looking for a desk for a friend of mine who is blind and needed a new desk on which to place her equipment that helps her to see items. This was extremely important to her. I told her about the desk I saw at Save On after talking to Rick. Rick waited for her to call the store afterward even though the store would be closing right away. Not only that, my friend called me about 45 minutes later to tell me that Rick had personally delivered her desk and helped her to reorganize all of the furniture in the room it went into as needed so that she would be comfortable and everything would be set up properly for her. She was so excited and appreciative, and I just had to make sure Rick gets the recognition he deserves! I will definitely be writing a letter to the store management, as Rick went way above and beyond expectations here. I also want to recognize Cathy, as she helped me to find the desk the day before and agree to sell it to my friend without any GST. It was already on sale for half price, so this could not have gone better! Thanks Rick and Cathy...I will definitely refer my friends to your store!!
Hello, I just recieved my sofa and loveseat from Save on Furniture ,Chilliwalk store and Im very very impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!First let me say that I always look up reviews for anything I buy especially Large Purchases and the reviews I read for them were horrible for the most part.I was truley afraid to spend money on furniture that may be damaged when it arrived and I have nothing to worry about.The time changed a few times because of other deliveries they were making, but its here and Beautifull!The reviews showed me that don't always believe what you read, and when I move I will definitely be buying a larger Dining set and sofa .The prices are very good, great, Heavy discout and I have no problem buying again. My wife Sunita and I went to the Chilliwalk store and as soon as you walk in, you are blown away. The dining room furniture is sooooooooooo...........................nice and all the accesories surrounding the furniture is for sale too.I'm very happy and will buying again soon.So, if your in the buying mood for furniture at a good price, don't hesitate.
I was listening to the radio the other day when I heard the ad I had to go check this store out myself! wow they have such low prices for canadian made furniture I got treated nicley they helped me find what I was looking for and didnt push me to buy anything I did'nt buy anything but I will be back there soon after chrismas!
I was very pleased with the customer service, and I actually SAVED ON furniture, and the delivery too. I also bought a bedroom set, and I am very happy that i save money, yet I get such good Quality furniture.
