New Image Hair Salon.

Hello, Both my mom and I see a stylist at this salon and we have always been extremely satisfyed with the services we received at this salon. The staff are friendly, the price is right, and the salon is kept clean. I would definitly recommend you go to this salon.

Worst Hair Cut I Have EVER Had!!!!

I have a bog hair cut, it was getting a little on the long side and decided to pop into this hair salon for a quick trim. When I walked through the door there was 2 stylist sitting in the chairs. The one woman asked me to take a seat which I did. I told her I just wanted a trim, and to keep it below my jaw line. Well part way through my cut she exclaimed that she just couldn't do it, and walked away. I was left sitting in the chair wondering what the heck was going on. Then the other stylist came over after the first walked away and showed me with a mirror what had happened to the back of my hair, she used the clippers and shaved up the back of my head a good three inches. I wanted to die, I wanted to cry. I sat there in shock and ill I could think was how bad I wanted to leave. He tried his best to fix what she had done, but by the time he was done I left looking Moe from the three stooges. My hair is totally straight cut just above my ears and the back is shaved. I have never ever had such a horrible cut, and to make is worse nobody even said they were sorry! and told me the total. Yes they charged me! Can you believe it. I called the next day and told him the manager how upset I was and that I was coming back to get me money back. They took advantage of me, and didn't even have the decency to give me an apology. Please do not go here!!!!!!!!! I tied to take a picture but I cant do it by myself, sorry. I'm sure you get the idea though.

We do sincerely apologize to Alisha. The stylist and client clearly had a misunderstanding of the desired haircut outcome. This is not an excuse but please be forgiving of a new hairstylist in the industry. We feel that is needs to be said that on that particular day there were power outages in the salon and neighboring business, which caused some distress. Our new Salon is just over a year and this happens to be the first complaint. We are a little shocked too. We strive for client connection and satisfaction.
