Olmani Development has worked on my 107 year old home for the last 15 plus years. Nick has the skill, talent and willingness to tackle a wide range of renovations and solve problems inherent in an old home. He provides good recommendations and advice and comes with excellent relationships with suppliers and sub trades. I have referred Nick and his team to many, many friends and neighbors and they have loved working with him. Jobs are done very well and on time. I highly recommend him!

We had a great experience with this company. They built us a fence and installed a flagstone patio. They started when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. High Quality Craftsman with Great Customer Service

I contracted Nikolai from Olmani Developments to repair damage due to flooding in my basement. Nikolai was a consummate professional. He was experienced with insurance claim repair work, and knew how to handle difficult insurance adjusters. The very morning after we awarded Nikolai the contract he was at my house starting work. From there on, he was at my house personally every morning working, and ensuring his crew was working to the highest possible standards. I was constantly updated on progress (at my request) and he worked diligently through to completion much faster then I expected. The final work was of the highest possible quality. A thousand times better and faster then if I would have allowed the restoration company to sub contract the work out. Nikolai was always available when I had questions and concerns. I have personally recommended him to my family and friends, and he will always be the first person I call when I need any kind of home repair work completed in the future. I can not make a higher recommendation then that.
