    Using the online UPS web to request a second attempt at delivery a week later young disabled Dad still doesn’t have his phone. Can see the request sitting on the account but they did not follow through.

    They said they tried to drop off the package, but I received no note on the door or even an attempt at the door code.

    UPS lies about delivery and makes mistakes with addresses. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the tracking said delivery address error well when I checked the shipper's information, there was no delivery address error! I called them 4 times today to insist upon delivery today and every time they said they sent dispatch an urgent message and that I would receive a call back well of course no call has come and no package. Disgraceful! USELESS PARCEL SERVICE

    Less then 1 star. They are incompetent at best. Customer service is in the Philippines. How can you help when your a continent away. I really do not know how they are in business

    Worst experience ever with having a package delivered. They have made 3 attempt so far and I still don't have my package. Fist time they said they could not find my name on the address board to my building. second time they forgot to load in on the truck. third time they said there is a duty to pay but I haven't even seen the driver yet?.... never use again

    Went to pick up my package at the address the provided, they told me it wasn't there and waited for an hour to find out where it was. They requested I pick it up at a different location 1 hour away, after messing up on their end? What? Come back and deliver it to my house, this was your fault. You moved my item, and now you want me to spend more time trying to find my package? No. Worst service.

    The delivery guy went to a building 5 blocks away marked it as a missed pickup. After being told it was priority for morning delivery the guy still hasn't shown do not use this company

    Has anyone tried to contact UPS via Phone reference a package to an incorrect address in Canada. Dont even bother, they will not help at all despite having the delivery number supplied on their website. terrible service. I will never use UPS again.

    I waited all day for my delivery and they said I was not listed in the building well I am and I gave the right address . there are two Johnsons so if they cant get the right one M Johnson I have wasted a day for nothing rotten service to say the least disgusting .

    Absolutely worst service ever. One service rep said package would arrive Friday then another said Monday. They seem to have no clue what is going on there. Pretty much take 3 day's off work and wait for your package. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating

    Do not use UPS if you have any alternative. It is very difficult to contact a person when theft screw up your delivery. Customer service representatives try hard but are challenged by English language. Impossible to talk to any person in authority. Score 1 out of 10, and the 1 is being generous
