    Casual observerance by (didn't catch his name) "Mr.Mean" (his coworkers jokingly call him) corrected an over-heating problem my work truck had for years. Mechanics put to the task, missed it. Thank-you to Mr.Mean, and to 2 other Friendly/Affable technicians.
