We had ordered from Zums once in the past and it arrived 45 minutes past the deliver time but it was a Saturday night so we just assumed they were busy. We tried them again tonight and ordered dinner at 6:15 with an expected time of 7:30. We called at 8:15 and was told it would arrive within minutes. It finally arrived at 9:00... the worst part it was stone cold and they made us pay full price... There are so many good Chinese food places in Victoria dont waste your time waiting all night for t

they have been around forever...open late night...basic greasy-spoon food...nothing unique, but you get a decent amount for a decent price...i have never been there, only did delivery
