Went to get a quote, could not get in for over a month which is no big deal, but wouldn't even quote me without an icbc claim. It was such a small repair I needed. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and made me feel incompetant which isn't a nice feeling when your already upset about damaging your vehicle. Poor experience. Can't make a review on their work cause they wouldn't even have me as a customer.
