Carol and her team of vet techs went above and beyond the call of duty for us on a holiday emergency. They were professional, caring and very informative all thru the process. For someone coming from the Sunshine Coast, their prices were more than reasonable (and at least half of what it would have cost for the same visit at home). Our dog is now home, healthy and alive thanks to Carol and her expertise.

Extremely Rude and Poor Service!!

We have never been treated so rude by any business anywhere. We stopped in to pickup some preventative Revolution topical medicine which we have always been able to get at any vet. This clinic would only sell it to us if we brought the dog but they were not taking any new patients. Would only see her as an emergency. Which of course costs triple what a regular visit would be. Our dog is not sick ? Money Grab!!!! Save the hassle. Go anywhere but here!!!! Jackie B
