AALL Glass Ltd

Told on initial estimate that the glass door for the bathroom would be started about a week after the tile was installed. They did get in quickly to finalize measurements but then apparently twice had to send back the door due to errors in cuts or measurements. Once the proper door was installed a bit over a month later I went to the office to make payment. Apparently I did not need to worry about that as they had already charged my credit card used for the deposit without my permission!

We needed a windshield replaced quickly, so we contacted AALL Glass. The job was done efficiently and with friendly service. I would highly recommend AALL Glass.

The job was quoted, delayed once within reason but the finished product could not look better. The view from our living room has increased ten fold. Nice Job AALL GLASS!

I can say without...

I can say without a doubt Aall Glass has the most diverse Glass shop in all of Kamloops...Maybe in all of British Columbia. They do just about everything, while most places will be limited to a couple of areas, not the case with Aall Glass and they have experienced knowledgeable staff who have been properly trained and certified for every field. I've seen firsthand some of the quality workmanship put into their projects and would recommend them to anyone. The New Owners are great people as well.

Just a FYI for al...

Just a FYI for all of you out there, my family has used AALL glass for years . Today however they went above doughty . Not only was there service top notch they took me in with no app,,, had my truck washed and vacuumed, all in the time they said. They were as always friendly and a pleasure to be around. Thank you sooo much. Angelina

Customer service? Not here.

I had the windscreen replaced in my pickup by aall glass last year, when I moved to Kamloops, after finding them on YP. It wasn't terrible, but it leaked in the top of the driver's side, so I had to take it back to be fixed up, which they did. I figured, since they made that one ok, I'd get them to do my rv. I asked the guy at the counter if they could come and check out the windscreen, as I hadn't insured it for the season yet, and get it replaced for me. He told me to bring the motorhome to them. I explained that it wasn't insured yet, and I needed to get a few repairs finished before I did so. He handed me a sheet of paper, and told me to measure the window, get some kind of numbers off of it, and bring it back. I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, and he simply said that I could take it to a different shop, because they would not come to my house. I tried to get ahold of the owners a few times, and they were always "out of office," or I was sent straight to voicemail. I've been talking with some of our friends, and similar stories have come out in the wash, with leaks, damages to vehicles, and downright rude counter people. I will be, and have, taken my business to a different company. I cannot say how they are at showers or house windows, having never used these services, but for vehicles, I do not recommend aall glass.
