I rented a power wheelchair at three different times in 2020-21. In hindsight, I should have purchased the chair, but I didn’t know I’d have other issues that required the chair. Each time staff were courteous and helpful. Their plans were changed so they could expedite delivery of the chair to me in Merritt when I desperately needed it this summer.

The owner does not deserve to have a business. She is rude, offers something then says we don’t have it in stock. The price when purchasing a product fluctuates during a conversation, usually increasing. Do not go to this business to purchase or rent merchandise. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Products are worn, this business owner has no respect for her clients.

I ordered and paid in advance for a walker for myself. The lady who helped me, Karen, I think was very helpful and told me the walker would have to be ordered in. No problem as I had a loaner that I was using for the meantime. The staff helped me with adjusting it to my size and made sure I was comfortable using and being able to sit in it The only downside was I wanted to meet Bernie but he was not there either time I was in, LOL

Terrible service. We rented a knee scooter following my wife’s surgery. The first time she went to use it, the seat broke at the weld. My wife is not a heavy person. I took it back to get a replacement and was told that we were responsible for the damage. They also told me that the frame was bent and we were responsible for that too. They would not give me a replacement scooter unless I payed for the damage. Went elsewhere for less money and better service.

What a joke. Make sure everything is right before you pay for it as there is no service after. As a matter of fact the older lady would not even talk to my wife. The younger lady was our only hope which is who we really wanted to deal with but the older lady butted in. They also sold us a chair cover which did not fit the chair they sold us then refused to take it back but finally gave us a store credit. Doubt we will ever use it. Also was promised that our chair came with head and arm covers.

Terrible. The owner is rude and her used car salesman pitches are laughable at best. Surg- med hands down is where you want to shop. Never a issue and returns / replacements are easier to deal with.

They have exceptional customer service and are very patient with all their customers. They focus on your needs and not the most expensive piece of equipment.

Very impressed with the service on my Moms lift chair. I highly recommend this company.

I am so disappointed in my experience. I ordered and paid for a ramp that we can no longer use. I called and tt a staff member who said the ramp had not reached the border yet, and they would call me back. However, no one got back to me and I walked in and reminded them of the situation. Consequently, I’m being charged 45% of what i paid to restock and return it to the states which means paying for the duty return shipping or they will charge me 45% to consign...🤨

Amazing customer service. Alleviated a lot of our stress! Karen and her staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Would highly recommend this organization to anyone with elderly parents.

Met the owner Karen and her beautiful store dog Bernie today. Karen was extremely helpful. I left the store with exactly what my Father needed.

Beware of their final sale policy and 24 hour return .... I purchased a folding travel cane in September. At the time, I wanted a cane with the little feet on bottom .. none in stock and the clerk told me that she could not order one for me! So I purchased what they had in stock. Last week, I found what I had been looking for elsewhere so yesterday Oct. 4th I tried to return the cane, brand new/never out of pkg! NO LUCK! Very bad customer service and I would not deal there again!

As a client here for 20 years, I think we are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable resource in our town. I have tried the others, they have come, taken my money, and now gone, but Karen has been here to stay. This is the only store in town with a vast selection and is beautifully set up. I enjoy dealing with Karen and her excellent staff. When issues have come up they were always fairly resolved.

Very informative website, even better service. We were very pleased with the help we received from the young lady at the desk. It was well worth the drive in to receive exactly what we needed. We will be recommending Mountain Medical Supplies to our local community as we were told they also travel to deliver, set up and repair almost all medical equipment.

I would prefer to not even give a star but It won’t let me move forward without one Worst place ever!!!!!! Especially the owner! She is very rude and charges even though she did not fix the problem! Would never recommend this shop! Go to Surg-Med...... They are AWESOME!!!!

Wonderful experience. Was a tad gun shy to try them out but exceeded any expectations. Felt heard and there was action immediately. So surprised and thrilled they have a auto service department. No one in Kamloops will work on a converted on. Nice to know I don’t have to go to Kelowna Chilliwack anymore

I needed a wheelchair chair for my mom and everyone told me to go to the store by the red bridge. They know what they know what they’re talking about and have everything. It was really great.

I have left messages on the phone and I have not received responses. The owner is very rude and abrupt. She is also rude to her employees in front of the customers. I will not go there ever again and I will also recommend people to other places rather than this place

The worst customer service I have seen. Late for appointments. No follow up on orders and rude Have had our money for a month and don't let you know what's happening. I will deal out of town before I go back there.
