I have been in many different restaurants around Canada with my kids and I have never experienced such an experience just I had yesterday in 88grandbuffet in Kelowna. we live in a country where there are lots of kids, and there is no saying "families has to stay at home." Order meal for to go and lady said 20mins.so I sat down infront of the counter and notice after around 5mins of waiting my order was ready but she did not gave it to me right away waited another 15mins before giving to me terrible service lady at the front didn't even say sorry and yet they expect a big tip..
