Thank you, thank you thank you Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

Well after three attempts to fix my furnace, and $2100 later, my home has heat. What was frustrating was the lack of communication and the feeling that I was getting taken to the cleaners. The owner was calling me last week, have not heard from him. The service tech was good. We were told that their techs had been at our house with the old owner and could not solve the problem with the 6 year old furnace even though it was warranty. Lots of money for them-no solution for the homeowner.

Jon serviced our Air Conditioning unit today. His work was completed in a timely manner with excellence. I highly recommend the Border Plumbing, Heating & Electrical team.

Had a new furnace installed by Dayton. He and his helper arrived on time. Polite and professional. Left the work area spotless when they left. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Border Plumbing, Heating & Electrical in the future.

Had Ashley in today checking our air conditioner. She was very professional and so pleasant to deal with! We have been dealing with Border for several years now and it’s because of their exceptional employees that we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!! Thank you Ashley!!!

Jeff did an amazing job of installing a new thermostat, furnace igniter and helping me to set app up. He was very polite and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my furnace was linked to the new thermostat. Very happy with the job he did :)

We just had a new furnace installed today by Border. The team, led by Julius Khan, arrived on time at 8:20, briefed us thoroughly on the installation then got right to work. They finished shortly after 5 pm. After completely cleaning up our crawl space and garage, Julius gave us an extensive briefing on all aspects of the new equipment. At all times, he was professional, courteous, caring and friendly. They both did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Border to our friends.

We had two calls this week one from Mike for a plumbing issue and one from Steve to check our A/C. We had great service from both and have used Borders services several times in the past few years and are always happy with their service.

Fantastic employees make for a great company

Recently had a check-up of all my plumbing/heating/cooling etc. The service was excellent! The technicians were professional and handled all projects efficiently. Especially liked the courtesy emails to let me know that the technician was on his way.

Very prompt. Did my inspection, explained thoroughly the 2 problems he found with picture. Explained fully the procedure to correct the problems and cost. Very professional and would recommend Border Plumbing to all my friends and neighbours. A job well done!

They lied to me.....

They lied to me... said it would cost 129 and after the fix.. they said it would cost me 240 nice guy but I don't feel right about 5 min worth of work and a 30$ part fot 240 $
